Level of Job Satisfaction Among Librarians in Public Libraries of Ilam

Abstract

Purpose: The study is to investigate the job satisfaction of librarians working in the public libraries of Ilam, Iran.

Methodology: This was an applied research using a quantitative approach. The research population included 30 librarians working in the libraries of Ilam. used to analyze the data too the SPSS.

Findings: All analyzed components were at a 0.000 level of significance. The results of the regression model showed that 92% of the variance in job satisfaction was explained by the research variables.

Conclusion: The results showed that the welfare, are in poor conditions, while human relations, and  exhibited relatively better conditions.
