The financial collapse of a library vendor can have serious repercussions, but steps can be taken to investigate the financial health of vendors to help avoid surprises. Useful tools and techniques to minimize risk and maximize business continuity are described and the limits of such research explored. The broader supply chain context of library vendors is also outlined.Downloads
