Abstract

Many individuals do not realize the actual choices they are making in their career development or organizational future as a leader or titled manager or administrator. In fact, there are many opportunities for us to decide our own future. The challenges come when none of the options really fit an individual's ideal or preferred model and finding professional and personal satisfaction in such an environment. This manuscript takes a fresh look at choices you may not have realized you have even made and pushes the reader to gain empowerment through ownership of these decisions.
